The phrase "Rats with Wings" has provoked some thoughts. Maybe a rat with a pigeon head and wings would be even more thought provoking?! The image below states the amount of pests (ie. rats) in the surrounding areas. Some areas are quite have quite scary results, even though this isnt actual central city it is the surrounding areas.
Getting my hands on a dead rat that is ethnically sourced is harder than it seems even as a result of these startling results. The colour of the fir must also be thought about and cosidered - this is something that i would need to consider.
